Arete Pursuits is Josh Dietrich's coaching practice. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit aretepursuits.com.
What this site collects. This site has no accounts, comment forms, or sign-up forms, and it doesn't set cookies. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It doesn't use cookies or follow you across other sites, and it reports only totals, such as pages viewed, referring sites, countries, and device types. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
When you contact me. If you email or call, I use your information only to respond to you and, if we work together, to provide coaching. I don't sell or share it.
Scheduling and newsletters. "Schedule a conversation" links take you to Calendly. Newsletter subscriptions happen on Substack or LinkedIn. Each of those services handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Links and embedded content. Posts link to other websites and occasionally include embedded videos. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may collect information when you use them. Some book links are Amazon affiliate links. If you click one, Amazon may set cookies, and Arete Pursuits may earn a small commission at no cost to you.
Coaching confidentiality. What you share in coaching is confidential, as described in your coaching agreement and the ICF Code of Ethics.
